从肾虚血瘀论治男性性功能障碍验案三则

摘要：

男性性功能障碍是男科常见疾病，涉及早泄、勃起功能障碍、睡眠相关性痛性勃起等诸多疾病，临床表现各不相同，但都严重影响患者的生活质量和心理健康。男性性功能障碍患者常因讳疾忌医，多导致病程漫长，病情纠缠难愈，临床可表现出肾虚、血瘀、肝郁、湿热等诸多证候，亦可无证可辨。陶师得曾庆琪教授诊治男科疾病之精髓，同时结合临床实际，总结经验，提出肾虚与血瘀是男性性功能障碍之根本，临证时需以肾虚血瘀为眼，以补肾益精药配以活血药，灵活运用补肾活血之法，方为正途。陶师临床诊治能够从整体入手，辨证论治，抓住重点，兼顾他证，为男性性功能障碍患者的治疗提供了思路与方法。

Abstract:

Male sexual dysfunction is a common disease in andrology， involving premature ejaculation， erectile dysfunction， sleep-related painful erection and many other diseases， with different clinical manifestations， but all of them seriously affecting the quality of life and psychological health of patients.Male sexual dysfunction patients often avoid seeking medical treatment， which resulting in a long course of the disease that is diffcult to cure. Clinically， it can prsent with many syndromes， such as kidney deficiency， blood stasis， liver depression， dampness-heat etc.， or there may bene indentifiable syndrome. Professor Tao got the essence of professor Zeng Qingqi's diagnosis and treatment of male diseases， and combined with clinical practice， summarized experience， proposed that the kidney deficiency and blood stasis is the root of male sexual dysfunction， the clinical evidence needs to be based on the eyes the focus should be on kidney deficiency and blood stasis. Tonify kidney and benefiting essence medicines should be combined with the blood activating medicines， and flexibly use the method of kidney tonifying and blood activating method， which is the right way. Professor Tao's clinical diagnosis and treatment can start from the whole， identify the syndrome， grasp the key points， and take into account other evidence， which provides ideas and methods for the treatment of male sexual dysfunction patients.
