半夏厚朴汤源自《伤寒杂病论》,为中医经典方剂,具有行气散结、降逆化痰之功效。其组方配伍严谨,充分体现中医气机调畅、升降相因的治疗特色,是治疗气滞痰阻型梅核气的代表方剂。近年来,随着药理研究的不断深入,该方剂的现代临床应用范围显著拓展。半夏厚朴汤在胃食管反流病、支气管哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、抑郁症、癔球症及桥本甲状腺炎等多种疾病的治疗中均显示出显著疗效,充分印证了中医“异病同治”的理论内涵。本研究通过系统梳理现代文献,从临床应用及作用机制两方面进行综述:在临床应用方面,该方剂已广泛应用于消化系统、呼吸系统、精神神经系统、耳鼻咽喉科及内分泌系统等疾病的治疗,且临床疗效确切;在作用机制方面,其治疗效应可能与抗炎、抗抑郁、抗氧化应激、镇静催眠、调节铁代谢及抗肿瘤等多种药理作用相关。但目前对于本方治疗内分泌系统疾病的药理机制方面研究较少,未来需通过更深入的实验研究加以完善,以期为本方药理作用的深入研究与临床应用提供更多依据。

半夏厚朴汤现代临床应用及作用机制研究进展
Banxia Houpu Decoction is derived from "Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases". The entire formula is precisely combined and has the functions of promoting qi circulation, reducing counterflow, resolving phlegm and eliminating phlegm. It reflects the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in regulating qi movement and combining ascending and descending functions. It was first used in clinical practice to treat qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction caused by plum kernel qi. With the continuous and in-depth exploration of its pharmacological mechanism, modern clinical practice has expanded the application scope of Banxia Houpu Decoction. Banxia Houpu Decoction is not only used in the respiratory system but has also achieved good therapeutic effects in other systems, fully demonstrating the characteristic of "treating different diseases in the same way" in traditional Chinese medicine. This article reviews the modern literature on the clinical application and mechanism of action of Banxia Houpu Decoction, fully expounding that Banxia Houpu Decoction is widely used in clinical practice to treat digestive system diseases, respiratory system diseases, mental and neurological diseases, otolaryngological diseases, and endocrine diseases, etc., and the therapeutic effect is definite. Meanwhile, from the perspective of the mechanism of action, it is expounded that the mechanism of Banxia Houpu Decoction in treating diseases may be closely related to the mechanisms of anti-inflammation, anti-depression, anti-oxidative stress, sedation and hypnosis, regulating iron metabolism, and anti-tumor effects. At present, the relevant research results on the pharmacdogical mechanirm of this formula treating endocrine system disease, are relatively limited. Therefore, in the future, in-depth experimental studies should be carried out to provide more evidence for the in-depth study of the pharmacological effects of this formula and its clinical application.
