“通督调神”针刺结合镜像疗法对脑卒中后上肢功能疗效研究

Efficacy of "Tongdu Tiaoshen" Acupuncture Combined with Mirror Therapy on Upper Limb Function After Stroke

目的：探讨“通督调神”针刺结合镜像疗法对脑卒中患者上肢功能康复的效果。方法：选取我院2024年5月至2025年5月收治的脑卒中恢复期患者60例，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=30）和观察组（n=30）。两组患者均给予常规康复治疗，在此基础上，对照组增加镜像疗法，观察组在对照组基础上增加“通督调神”针刺治疗，治疗4周。观察两组患者：①Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表-上肢部分（FMA-UE）；②日常生活能力改良Barthel指数（MBI）；③上肢动作研究量表（ARAT）；④治疗总有效率。结果：治疗前，两组患者Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表-上肢部分（FMA-UE）、日常生活能力改良Barthel指数（MBI）、上肢动作研究量表（ARAT）三大量表的评分差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗4周后，两组患者三大客观量表评分皆高于本组治疗前，且观察组较对照组更高（P<0.05）。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：脑卒中患者接受“通督调神”针刺+镜像疗法联合治疗方案，可有效改善因卒中导致的上肢运动障碍，提高日常生活能力。

“通督调神”针刺结合镜像疗法对脑卒中后上肢功能疗效研究
Objective： To investigate the efficacy of the combined "Tongdu Tiaoshen" acupuncture and mirror therapy on the upper limb function rehabilitation of stroke patients. Methods： 60 patients in the recovery phase of stroke admitted to our hospital from May 2024 to May 2025 were selected and divided into the control group （n=30） and the observation group （n=30） using the random number table method. Both groups received the same routine rehabilitation treatment. In addition to the standard treatment， the control group received mirror therapy， while the observation group received "Tongdu Tiaoshen" acupuncture. The observation period was 4 weeks. The evaluation system for the study's efficacy was constructed based on the following indicators： ① Fugl-Meyer Upper Limb Function Scale （FMA-UE）； ② Modified Barthel Index of Activities of Daily Living （MBI）； ③ Upper Limb Action Research Scale （ARAT）； ④ overall treatment effectiveness rate. Results： Before treatment， the scores on the three major objective scales—Fugl-Meyer Upper Limb Function Scale （FMA-UE）， Modified Barthel Index of Activities of Daily Living （MBI）， and Upper Limb Action Research Scale（ARAT）—were not significantly different between the two groups （P>0.05）. After 4 weeks of treatment， the scores on all three scales were higher than before treatment in both groups， and the observation group scored significantly higher than the control group on all three scales （P<0.05）. Regarding the overall treatment effectiveness rate， which reflects the patient's overall therapeutic response， the observation group also showed a higher result （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Stroke patients receiving the combined "Tongdu Tiaoshen" acupuncture and mirror therapy can effectively improve upper limb motor disorders caused by stroke， enhance their quality of life.
