目的：系统评价中药熨烫疗法治疗筋膜炎的疗效并分析药熨处方的用药规律，从而为临床应用熨烫法治疗筋膜炎提供参考。方法：检索Cochrane Library、PubMed、Embase、中国知网、万方和维普数据库中有关中药熨烫疗法治疗筋膜炎的随机对照试验研究，发表时间为自建库起至2024年6月。采用Cochrane风险偏倚评估工具、Review Manager 5.4软件和古今医案云平台V2.3.7进行分析研究。结果：符合纳入标准的随机对照试验研究文献有15篇，共涉及1468例患者。Meta分析结果显示： 中药熨烫疗法可提高治疗筋膜炎的疗效（RR=1.15，95％CI=1.11~1.20，P<0.000 01），并降低患者治疗后疼痛视觉模拟量表（visual analogue scale，VAS）评分（MD=-1.62，95％CI=-1.97~-1.27，P<0.000 01）。药熨处方用药规律分析显示：使用频次占比1/3以上的中药有8种，药性以温、平和微温为主，药味以辛、苦、甘为主，归经为肝、脾、肾、心、膀胱经，关联规则分析得到10条规则，聚类分析得到4组处方。结论：中药熨烫疗法治疗筋膜炎具有一定优势，药熨处方多由祛风除湿药物组成，核心处方组成为红花、当归、独活、威灵仙、羌活和川芎。

Objective： To systematically review the efficacy of Chinese medicine ironing therapy in the treatment of fasciitis and analyse medication rules of the ironing prescriptions， so as to provide reference for clinical application of this therapy in the treatment of fasciitis.Methods： The Cochrane Library， PubMed， Embase， CNKI， Wangfang Data and VIP databases were retrieved to collect randomized controlled trials （RCT） of Chinese medicine ironing therapy in the treatment of fasciitis. The publication time was from the establishment of the databases to June 2024. The Cochrane risk bias assessment tool， Review Manager 5.4 software and the Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform V2.3.7 were used for analysis and research.Results： A total of 15 RCTs were enrolled， involving 1 468 patients. Meta-analysis showed that Chinese medicine ironing therapy can improve the therapeutic effect of fasciitis （RR=1.15， 95%CI= 1.11-1.20， P<0.000 01）， and reduce the patients’ visual analogue scale （VAS） score of pain after treatment（MD=-1.62， 95％CI=-1.97-1.27， P<0.000 01）. Medication rules of the ironing prescriptions， showed that there were 8 kinds of Chinese herbs with usage frequency accounts for more than one-third. The medicinal properties of these herbs were mainly warm， neutral and mild warm. The flavours of these herbs were mainly acrid， bitter and sweet. The main meridian tropism were liver， spleen， kidney， heart， and bladder.Ten rules were obtained through the analysis of association rules and cluster analysis yielded four groups of prescriptions.Conclusion： Chinese medicine ironing therapy has certain advantages in the treatment of fasciitis. The prescriptions for Chinese medicine ironing are mostly composed of drugs for dispelling wind and dampness. The core components of the prescriptions are Carthami flos， Angelicae Sinensis Radix， Angelicae Pubescentis Radix， Clematidis Radix Et Rhizoma， Notopterygii Rhizoma Et Radix and Chuanxiong Rhizoma.
