电针治疗卵巢储备功能减退的机制研究进展
The etiology of diminished ovarian reserve (DOR) is not yet clear, and may be related to age, genetic factors, immune factors, medical factors, as well as environmental and psychosocial factors.At present, the treatment for this disease mainly relies on hormone replacement therapy and assisted reproductive technology, and traditional Chinese medicine provides patients with more treatment options to a certain extent.In recent years, electroacupuncture has been widely used in the treatment of DOR. This study mainly summarizes the research on the protective mechanism of electroacupuncture on ovarian function in the past 5 years, including the effects of electroacupuncture on endocrine, ovarian morphology, cell apoptosis, autophagy, oxidative stress, immune and inflammatory responses, as well as the pregnancy rate and live birth rate in DOR patients, to provide more references and ideas for the application of electroacupuncture in the treatment of DOR.
