Abstract

With the deepening of measures such as drug regulatory reform， optimization of government services， and development of new-quality productive forces， the technological system reform centered on informatization is driving the modernization of drug testing in China. The traditional mode of drug testing is increasingly unable to meet the current development situation and the modernization requirements of drug testing， and there is an urgent need to introduce new technologies， methods， and tools.Smart drug testing， as an important carrier and means of drug inspection informatization， provides systematic solutions for the modernization of drug test by building a new technological system of "intelligent testing，digital supervision，and ecological service"， and through the digital empowerment of the whole process testing technology innovation， the multi-dimensional collaborative supervision effectiveness， and the innovative practice of drug inspection in the fields of risk prevention and control and data governance， builds a full-link support system covering "test-supervision-industry".This study takes the informatization of drug testing， especially the Smart Drug Testing Action， as the starting point to explore the important role of smart drug testing empowered by data and AI in promoting the transformation of inspection and supervision， driving innovation and practical exploration， and exploring the path of modernization development，to provide reference and inspiration for smart drug testing in improving the efficiency of drug testing and supervision， strengthening the timeliness， coordination， and accuracy of supervision， and serving the innovative development of the industry.
