Analysis of Common Issues Regarding Changes in Registration Items of Special Cosmetics

The change of registration items for special cosmetics is an important part of cosmetics registration management， but there are many problems in the actual change process. These issues may affect product safety and quality controllability. This study focuses on the actual needs in the field of special cosmetics regulation， based on the Regulations on Supervision and Administration of Cosmetics and supporting regulations and normative documents， taking the registration items of special cosmetics and the involved changes， such as product name change， production site change or addition， as the starting point to explore common problems in depth and analyze them in conjunction with regulations. On this basis， systematically classify and summarize the common problems， and propose rational suggestions， so as to provide clear guidance for cosmetics enterprises to standardize their application， help improve the quality of application materials， and promote the standardization of management for the changes of registration items for special cosmetics.
