      目的:在体验式教学视角下,调查本科及专科实习护生对实习前护理技能培训的需求,为制订体验式的培训方案提供依据。方法:采用问卷调查法对已实习的308名护生进行调查。结果:问卷具有良好信度,护生认为实习前护理技能培训课程最合适的培训方式为提供临床情景、在老师指导下进行角色扮演,并且部分操作亲身体验,以28~36学时为宜;对于提供的17项亲身体验的项目中,16项可以接受;需要将挫折情境、应急情境、职业防护、沟通技巧、法律知识、院感知识等融入到培训内容之中。结论:护生实习前培训可以采用体验式教学模式,本研究的调查结果为设置护生实习前培训计划提供了参考数据和理论依据。
英文摘要:
      Objective: From the perspective of experiential teaching to investigate the requirements of clinical undergraduate nursing students and college nursing students for nursing skills training before practice and provide a scientific and standardized training program. Methods: A total of 308 clinical nursing students were investigated with a questionnaire survey. Results: The questionnaire had good reliability. The most suitable training method was roleplaying with provided clinical situations and under tutor′s guidance. Nursing students sought to experience some practice skills. The most appropriate training time was between 28 to 36 class hours. Of the 17 personal experiences offered, 16 items were acceptable. Frustration situations, emergencies, occupational protection, communication skills, legal knowledge, nosocomial infection knowledge were expected to be integrated into the training programs. Conclusion: Nursing students training before practice was an integration course, which was suitable to adopt experiential teaching mode. This study will provide a reference for nursing students training program before practice.
