摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的:了解或掌握新桥医院住院患者麻醉药品的应用情况.方法:收集我院2008-2010年住院药房麻醉药品品种、用量,运用药物频度分析法对麻醉药品应用情况进行回顾性统计分析与评价.结果:我院麻醉药品的使用量,芬太尼注射液用量最大,并呈逐年递增趋势.口服镇痛药吗啡缓释片及芬太尼透皮贴剂使用量迅速增长.结论:我院麻醉药品使用基本合理,符合WHO推荐的癌痛治疗原则.

Abstract: Objective:To analyze the usage state of inpatients’ narcotic drugs in the hospita1.Methods:The information of varieties and dosages of narcotic drugs in Inpatient Pharmacy from 2008 to 2010 wag collected.we evaluate the drug Usage trends according to their DDDs with retrospective analysis method.Results:Of all the narcotic drugs usage in our hospital,the dosage of Fentanyl injection was the largest amount of clinical usage,showing steady increase trend year by year.The usage of oral analgesics Morphine Sustained-release Tablets and Fentanyl Transdermal Patches increased rapidly.Conclusion:The use of narcotic drugs in our hospital is rational and satisfies on the whole,in line with the principles of cancer treatment recommended by WHO.
