Abstract: Objective:Observe and analyse the management method and effect of" 5S " management in Department of Pharmacy.Methods:Analyse the principle and method of constructing the" 5S" management in Department of Pharmacy and compare pharmacy environment inventory keeping,drug dispensing and patient satisfaction between the two years before and after.Results:After three years of " 5S " management,environment of pharmacy has been improved,the efficiency and quality of the work have also been significantly improved and patients’ satisfaction has also been enhanced.Conclusion:The management of " 5S " in Department of Pharmacy can greatly enhance the efficiency and patients’ satisfaction,thus it is worth popularizing.
