Abstract: Objective:To study the excise cataract joint iol implantation of diabetic retinopathy after laser treatment effect.Methods:The hospital in June 2007 to December 2010 were removing cataracts joint artificial lens after placement 120 cases diabetes retinal lesions patients(180 eyes) as the research object,this group of patients all adopt the fundus fluorescence angiography a) determined for the proliferation of the diabetic retinopathy(PPDR) 40 eye,the proliferation of diabetic retinopathy(PDR) 140 eyes,adopt the whole retinal photocoagulation treatment,follow-up(6～24 months.Results:This group of patients vision,improve the effectiveness of retinopathy was 73.9%,76.1%.Three months after the sight,eye,and color fundus FFA like,new blood vessels most atrophy,retinal edema is gone,no perfusion area remain added laser photocoagulation.Without macular edema after treatment group was superior to the vision has macular edema group,P< 0.05.Conclusion:Cataract intraocular lens implantation was put into joint,timely reasonable laser therapy is to ensure that patients with stable DR vision,reduce the rate of blind key.
