摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的:通过问卷调查初步了解目前人们对疾病诊治的需求、二级以上医院及社区卫生服务站结构的不足和对其发展提出指导性意见。方法:选择1000例居民进行问卷调查,并对其进行总结,采用SPSS数据包进行统计学分析。结果:问卷收回962例,58.4%的居民意愿选择二级以上医院门急诊进行就诊,41.6%的居民意愿选择社区卫生服务站进行就诊。结论:应当加快社区卫生服务的发展,让医院的医护人员有更多的时间对危重症患者进行照料,让医疗资源得到合理有效的配置与利用。

Abstract: Objective:To know about residents,demand for diagnosis and treatment of disease,and defect about the structure of general practice centre attending the questionnaire of choice of entering areas of primary health care,then we can put forward the available points.Methods:1000 interviews were undertaken.The research datas were summarized and analysis was performed using SPSS package.Results:962 questionnaires were received.The proportion of 58.4% would like to choose emergency department and 41.6% chose general practice centre.Conclusion:We should accelerate the development of community service and provide more time for serious patients by making the best use of the medical resources.
