摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的:观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:将120例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为两组,对照组60例,常规用口服降糖药糖适平或胰岛素治疗+ACEI类药卡托普利片(开博通)治疗。治疗组60例,在对照组基础上进行中医辨证施治。两组以8周为一个疗程。治疗前后进行临床症状、24小时尿蛋白定量、尿蛋白排泻率(UAER)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HAb1C)、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌肝(SCr)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)及血液流变学等项目观察。结果:治疗组显效15例,有效38例,无效8例,总有效率88.3%。对照组显效6例,有效29例,无效24例,总有效率58.3%。两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.0.5)。结论:中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病,临床疗效显著。

Abstract: Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect on combine Chinese traditional and Western medicine treatment for Diabetic Nephropathy(DN).Methods:Randomly divide 120 patients of DN into 2 groups.Each group has 60 cases,the control group take the medicine Glurenorm or inject the drug Insuline and take ACEI drug as Capoten.The treatment group,on the base of the control group,accept combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment.Both of the 2 groups take 8 weeks as a course of treatment.Before the treatment,all the patients of the two groups go on with the clinic surreys of the items like MA,UAER,FBG,2hPBG,HbA1c,Bun,Scr,TC,TG and hemorheology etc.Results:In the treatment group,15 cases has obvious effects,38 cases are effective,8 cases are invalid,the total effective rate is 88.3%.In the control group,6 cases has obvious effects,29 cases are effective,24 cases are invalid,the total effective rate is 58.3%.To compare with the 2 groups,the difference is significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment,the clinical curative effect is significant.
