摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的:通过对乙型肝炎(乙肝)后肝硬化患者伴发热的原因观察分析,找出适合的治疗方法。方法:选取2010年1-12月我院收治的乙肝后肝硬化临床出现发热症状的患者100例进行回顾分析。结果:通过对100例乙肝后肝硬化伴发热症状的患者进行引起原因的观察,伴发热在临床乙肝后肝硬化患者中占有一半的比例,发现大部分患者都是由于感染以及上消化道出血而引起的,另外还有一些其他原因。结论:肝硬化伴发热在临床中引起的原因有很多,但经过研究观察患者发热最多的还是由感染而引起的,如果对患者没有给予相应措施治疗,将会引起病情恶化,给患者造成严重后果,所以临床对患者要及早找出发热原因并给予相应治疗,帮助患者早日恢复,改善预后效果。

Abstract: Objective:Through clinical in patients with cirrhosis post hepatitis cirrhosis in patients with clinical observation and analysis of the symptoms of fever causes,and find out the appropriate treatment.Methods:In our hospital from 2010 January to 2010 December in our hospital were liver cirrhosis after hepatitis clinical fever symptoms in 100 patients were retrospectively analasy.Results:The 100 cases of liver cirrhosis after hepatitis with symptoms of fever in patients with liver cirrhosis cause of fever in the clinical observation,the patients with posthepatitic cirrhosis occupies half of the proportion,found that most patients are due to infection and hemorrhage of upper digestive tract caused by,and there are some other reasons.Conclusion:Liver cirrhosis accompanied with fever symptoms in clinical caused by many reasons,but after the study of patients with fever of up to or caused by infection,if the patient does not have even given the corresponding measures for treatment,will cause the condition worsened,resulting in serious consequences for patients,so patients should as soon as possible to find clinical on heating causes and give the corresponding treatment,helping patients with early recovery,improve the prognosis effect.
