摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的:在口腔护理的同时增加患者口腔的舒适感。方法:对2009年4月至2010年1月入住NICU的患者随机分成两组,每组各50例。将进行生理盐水口腔护理者作为对照组,生理盐水口腔护理+应用一次性喷瓶口腔粘膜湿化者作为实验组。结果:实验组患者的口腔清洁度、湿润性及舒适性明显提高;同时口腔炎症、异味发生率明显降低。结论:应用一次性喷瓶口腔粘膜湿化能改善患者的口腔舒适度。

Abstract: Objective:Improve the patients’ comfort when accepting the oral cavity care.Methods:The inpatients of Neuro Intensive Care Unit from Apr.2009 to Jan.2010 were divided into two groups randomly,and each group contained 50 patients.One group were receiving physiological saline as the control group,while the other group were receiving one-time oral mucous membrane moist added to physiological saline.Results: The experimental group enjoyed obvious improvement in oral cleanness and comfort,while the rate of oral inflammation and peculiar smell was smaller than the control group.Conclusion: One-time oral mucous membrane moist can help to increase the oral comfort of the patients.
