Abstract: Objective:To investigate the main reason for medical projects omissions in healthy,and suggest ways to intervene.Methods:The main reason for my examination center health examination from January 2010 to December 2010 occurred undetected,in January 2011 to strengthen the management of humane,comparing the 2011 and 2010 occurred in my examination center examination the proportion of undetected medical satisfaction with the services of our center.Results: The healthy subjects were the omissions of the main reasons are: do not attach importance,tension,anxiety,long waiting times,there is some kind of disease,environmental factors.Strengthen the management of the humane,2011 omissions was significantly reduced,the volunteers were more satisfied with my medical center,compared with 2010,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The healthy subjects were more cause of the undetected,the need to strengthen management in all aspects of the physical examination,to avoid missed.
