脉搏波传导速度与缺血性心血管病十年发病风险计分相关性研究

Relationship between Artery Pulse Wave Velocity and 10-Year Risk of Ischemic Cardiovascular Diseases Risk Score

摘要: 目的:探讨肱踝脉搏波速度(baPWV)和缺血性心血管病(ICVD)10年发病危险及心血管病各相关因素之间的关系。方法:对3148例体检人群,测量身高、体重(计算体重指数BMI)、收缩压、舒张压及脉搏波传导速度(PWV),并检测空腹血糖、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇,分为baPWV<1400mm/s组和baPWV≥1400mm/s组。同时采用"国人ICVD10年发病危险评估方法"对3148名体检人群ICVD 10年发病危险进行评估。结果:baPWV<1400mm/s组和baPWV≥1400mm/s组两组比较,DBP、BMI、TC、TG、Cr、BUN、FBG组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);年龄、危险度、SBP、PP组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),baPWV≥1400mm/s组高于baPWV<1400mm/s组。直线相关分析显示:baPWV与SBP、PP、年龄和ICVD10年发病危险度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:baPWV与ICVD 10年发病危险评估正相关性,baPWV增高可在一定程度上预测受检者将来发生ICVD的危险,及时采取相应措施,对延缓和降低心血管事件的发生有积极的意义。

Abstract: Objective:To explore 10-year risk of ischemic cardiovascular diseases(ICVD) with the brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV) and relationship among the risk factors of cardiovascular diseases.Methods:A total of 3148 health participants were measured tor height,body weight(Calculated body mass index BMI),systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,pulse wave velocity and screened for fasting plasma glucose(FBG),serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),lowdensity lipoprotein cholestolic,high density lipoprotein cholestolic,Divided into two groups based on baPWV<1400mm/s or baPWV≥1400mm/s.The 10-year risk of ICVD in 3148 adults was evaluated by using simplified risk estimation model.Results:The DBP,BMI,TC,TG,Cr,BUN,FBG had no significant difference(P >0.05) in group baPWV<1400mm/s and group baPWV≥1400mm/s.Age,risk degree,SBP,PP(P<0.05) in in group baPWV<1400mm/s was higher than that of baPWV<1400mm/s group.Linear correlation analysis shows that baPWV was positive correlation with SBP,PP,age and 10 years risk degree of ICVD(P<0.05).Conclusion:BaPWV was positive correlation with 10 years risk degree of ICVD(P<0.05).The higher baPWV can be predicte subjects the risk of ICVD in the future,to timely take relevant measures will be positive significance to delay and reduce the events of cardiovascular in the persons.
