摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的:探索胃肠肿瘤外科医务人员确立医院感染预防理念,落实预防手术部位医院感染的多项措施。方法:对我院2007年1月～2010年12月胃肠肿瘤外科两个病区住院并接受手术的胃肠肿瘤患者进行回顾性分析,指标包括年龄、性别、术前住院日数、诊断日至手术日的间隔天数、术前营养状态、白细胞计数、白蛋白量、化疗药物种类与用量、手术时间、手术医师、术后引流管留置方法与数目、术后住院日数等。结果:通过预防手术部位医院感染,2007～2010年胃肠肿瘤手术部位医院感染发生率下降(Ⅱ类切口趋势χ2=9.18,P=0.002,Ⅲ类切口趋势χ2=7.77,P=0.005)。结论:多途径加强围术期医院感染管理,是手术安全的可靠保证。

Abstract: Objective:To explore medical personnel in department of gastrointestinal tumour surgery establish ideals of precluding nosocomial infection and fulfill precautions of nosocomial infections in surgical sites in gastrointestinal tumour surgery.Methods:The gastrointestinal cancer patients accepted surgery were analyzed retrospectively during January 2007 to December 2010 in our hospital’s two gastrointestinal cancer surgery disease area,indicators include age,gender,preoperative hospital stay,and diagnosis to surgery,days before interval,nutrition,white blood count,amount of albumin,chemotherapy drugs,operation time,types and dosage,surgery physicians,postoperative drainage tube method and number,retained hospital stay,etc.Results:By means of preclusions,occurrence of nosocomial infections in surgrey sites of gastrointestinal tumour was droping(Ⅱ incision downward trend χ2=9.18,P=0.002,Ⅲ incision downward trend χ2=7.77,P=0.005).Conclusion:t’s ensures for surgical operative safety to strengthen management of nosocomial infections in perioperative period by ways.
