摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的:探讨胸腰椎骨折并脊髓神经损伤椎弓根螺丁治疗的效果,以供临床参考。方法:对我院2009年9月～2010年8月收治的56例胸腰椎骨折并脊髓神经损伤患者,采用经后路椎弓根内固定治疗,比较患者治疗前后的Cobb角、术后伤椎的高度。对比两组患者术前术后是否存在差异。结果:经统计学分析,患者术后均得到了明显改善,术后对患者随访1年以上,患者Cobb角从术前(26.75±2.18)°降低为(10.75±4.85)°,两者比较,差异明显,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。患者手术前伤椎前后缘高度差为(23.16±10.86),术后为(2.33±0.95)mm。术后与术前比较,差异明显,P<0.05。结论:采用经后路椎弓根治疗胸腰椎骨折并脊髓神经损伤患者具有较好的疗效,患者脊柱较为稳定。

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the thoracolumbar burst fracture with spinal cord injury the effect of pedicle screw treatment for clinical reference.Methods:Admitted to hospital in September 2009 ～ August 2010,56 cases of thoracolumbar fractures and spinal cord injury patients by transpedicular fixation for the treatment of the Cobb angle before and after treatment were compared between patients,postoperative fractured vertebral height.The two groups were compared preoperative and postoperative differences.Results:After statistical analysis,patients improved significantly after surgery the patients were followed up for more than 1 year in patients with Cobb angle from preoperative(26.75±2.18)°decreased to(10.75±4.85)°,respectively.significant differences(P<0.05) difference was statistically significant.Around the edge of the fractured vertebral body height difference between the preoperative(23.16±10.86),postoperative(2.33±0.95) mm.After surgery compared with preoperative significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The posterior pedicle treatment of thoracolumbar fractures and spinal cord injury patients with good effect,in patients with spine more stable.
