Abstract: Objective:Research exercise treadmill foreign weeks artery disease(peripheral arterial disease,PAD) patients function recovered, the influence of the long-term prognosis. Methods:Selection in May 2010-April 2011 in our hospital(50 cases),zunyi medical school affiliated hospital(30 cases),hunan province the xiangxiang people’s hospital of 40 patients of cardiovascular medicine clinic of PAD with a total of 120 patients, and the divided into research group and the control group. The team implemented six months to exercise treadmill motion intervention, the control group is not acceptable, and separately in the day before and after exercise treadmill record performance and humerus artery flow mediated endothelial function index, other PAD conventional treatments two groups of the same.Results:(1) implementation exercise treadmill intervention in six months, compared with the control:the team 6 minutes walking distance increased significantly(P<0.01);Patients were able to tolerate the longest treadmill time and distance increased significantly(P<0.01);Humerus artery flow mediated dilation(FMD) endothelial improved significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion:Exercise treadmill intervention can increase 6 minutes walking distance;Extend the longest treadmill time and distance;Improve the brachial artery flow mediated vascular endothelial function.
