摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的:评价不同形式消化道重建术式在胃癌患者全胃切除术后的应用比较。方法:将我院行全胃切除术的86例胃癌患者,根据所行消化道重建术方式不同,分为Roux-en-Y食管空肠吻合术组和袢式Braun吻合术组,将两种手术方式的手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、手术并发症发生率及营养指标等进行比较。结果:Roux-en-Y食管空肠吻合术组手术时间、住院时间及并发症发生率显著低于袢式Braun吻合术组,平均体重、血红蛋白、白蛋白增加值均显著高于袢式Braun吻合术组,P<0.05;两种消化道重建术的患者进食量均增加,但无显著性差异,P>0.05。结论:Roux-en-Y食管空肠吻合术是胃癌全胃切除后消化道重建较为合适的术式。

Abstract: Objective:To evaluate the comparison of different digestive tract reconstruction technique in total gastrectomy for gastric cancer patients.Methods:86 cases of total gastrectomy patients in our hospital with gastric cancer were divided into Rouxen-Y esophageal anastomosis group and loop type Braun anastomosis group according to the digestive tract reconstruction.The mode of operation time,hospitalization time,blood loss,incidence of complications and nutritional indicators for the two surgical ways were taken for comparison.Results:The operative time,hospital stay and incidence of complications in the Roux-en-Y esophageal anastomosis group were significantly lower than the loop-type Braun anastomosis group,and the average body weight,hemoglobin,albumin added value were significantly higher than the loop-type Braun anastomosis group,P<0.05.The two kinds of digestive tract reconstruction in patients with eating were increased,but there was no significant difference,P>0.05.Conclusion:Roux-en-Y-esophageal anastomosis is more appropriate
