摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的:探讨医院-社区综合管理后高血压患者依从性、血压水平以及知识态度行为的影响。方法:对福田区某医院新发的307例高血压患者进行医院-社区综合干预,比较干预前后患者的依从性、血压水平、知识知晓率、各种健康行为改变率。结果:通过医院-社区综合干预,患者依从性提高,血压显著下降,血压控制达标率为88.5%,BMI下降,知识知晓率提高,患者的健康行为如控制体重、增加运动、限制食盐、戒酒等明显改善。结论:医院-社区实施高血压综合干预后,对提高高血压患者依从性、控制血压水平、改善不良生活行为有效。

Abstract: Objective:This paper is to discuss the compliance of the patients with elevated blood pressure,blood pressure levels and the impact of KAP after the Hospital-Community Integrated Management.Methods:Hospital-Community comprehensive intervention was carried out for the new 307 hypertensive patient in a hospital in FuTian District,to compare the patients’ intervention compliance,blood pressure level,knowledge level,the rate of health behavior change before and after intervention.Through the hospitalintegrated community interventions.Results:Patient compliance improved,blood pressure decreased significantly,blood pressure control standard reached 88.5%,BMI decreased,knowledge and awareness increased,the patient’s health behaviors such as weight control,increased exercise,limiting salt,alcohol,etc improved significantly before and after Results.Conclusion:Hospital-community after the implementation of integrated intervention of hypertension.It improve compliance in patients with hypertension,control blood pressure,improving bad behavior.
