Abstract: Objective:To seek the method to remove the antrochoanal polyp and to prevent recurrence.Methods:32 patients with antrochoanal polyp were treated with dual path nasal endoscopic operation,and were removed the lesions completely in the operation.Results:There were no complications and no relapse through following up the patients for two years,and the cure rate was 100%.Conclusion:This way showed its superiority on clearing the antrochoanal polyp,protecting the normal drainage of the maxillary sinus and preventing recurrence.
