摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的:评价计划性剖宫产实施临床路径管理的效果。方法:选取我院已实施临床路径管理的计划性剖宫产孕妇250例(路径组)和未实施临床路径管理的计划性剖宫产孕妇250例(对照组),比较两组产妇的住院天数、住院总费用、药费、术后并发症、患者满意度。结果:路径组住院天数、住院总费用、药费明显低于对照组;患者满意度明显高于对照组;术后并发症无明显变化。结论:计划性剖宫产实施临床路径管理起到了规范医疗行为的作用,可明显缩短住院时间、降低住院费用和药费、提高患者的满意度、术后并发症不变。

Abstract: Objective:To evaluate the planned cesarean section,the implementation of the effect of clinical path management.Methods:The hospital has implemented a clinical pathway management plan for cesarean section of pregnant women,250 cases(pathway group) and 250 cases of planned cesarean section of pregnant women to the implementation of clinical pathways management(control group) between the two groups of maternal hospital days total hospital costs,drugs,postoperative complications,patient satisfaction.Results:Path group the number of days of hospitalization,hospital costs,drugs was significantly lower than the control group;patient satisfaction was significantly higher;no significant changes in postoperative complications.Conclusion:The cesarean delivery of the planned implementation of clinical path management has played the role of regulating medical practices,can significantly shorten the hospital stay,reduce hospital costs and medical expenses,and improve patient satisfaction,postoperative complications remain unchanged.
