摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：探讨胆囊结石合并肝外胆管结石术后超声的临床价值。方法：选取在我院手术治疗后行超声诊断的患胆囊结石合并肝外胆管结石的110例患者，收集4天～4年的超声表现，依照其手术方法，分析结果。结果：63例（57.3%）患者肝胆管正常；肝外胆管扩张10例（9.1%）；残留胆囊管扩张8例（7.3%）；胆管积气5例（4.5%）；胆道损伤10例（9.1%）；再发结石或者胆管残留结石16例（14.5%），其中2例有肝外胆管扩张，2例肝有外胆囊管扩张。结论：胆囊结石合并肝外胆管结石术后行超声检查对并发症的发现、手术方法的评判以及临床诊断有重要意义。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the clinical value of postoperative ultrasound in treatment of cholecystolithiasis complicated with secondary common bile duct stones.Methods:11 0 patients with cholecystolithiasis complicated with secondary common bile duct stones were examined by color Doppler ultrasound after the operation, collect the sonography in 4 days and 4years, in accordance with its surgical method to analyze the results.Results:63 cases of patients with hepatobiliary normal; extrahepatic bile duct dilatation of the 10 cases; 5 cases of bile duct product gas;10 casesof bile duct injury; recurrent stones or a bile duct residual stone of 16 cases, including 2 cases with extrahepatic bile duct dilation, 2 cases of extrahepatic dilated cystic duct.Respectively, the proportion is 57.3%, 9.1%, 7.3%, 4.5%, 9.1%, 14.5%.Conclusion:The complications and operative methods found conclusion cholecystolithiasis with calculus of extrahepatic bile duct postoperative ultrasono- graphy evaluation and clinical initiative has important significance.
