摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：分析经皮肾镜超声碎石术治疗鹿角形结石的效果。方法：2009年1月～2014年6月期间，苏州大学附属第三医院共收治鹿角形结石患者105例，对其采取经皮肾镜超声碎石进行治疗，观察治疗效果。结果：一期手术结石取尽率为78.2%，二期手术结石取尽率为92.3%，所有患者均留置双J管和肾造瘘引流。平均住院天数为9.8d，平均手术时间为65min；平均术中失血量150mL。术后半年随访显示，无感染、出血、肾功能丧失、结石复发、肾周积液出现。结论：经皮肾镜超声碎石术能有效治疗鹿角状结石，有较高的碎石和清石率，手术时间较短，出血量少，是治疗肾脏鹿角状结石的首选方案。

Abstract: Objective: To study the percutaneous nephroscope ultrasonic lithotripsy treatment of staghorn calculi.Methods: In Jan 2009 ~ Jun 2014 period, our hospital treated a total of 105 cases of antler shaped stone patients, application percutaneous nephroscope ultrasonic lithotripsy in treatment and observe the stone scavenging effect, operation time and complications.Results: The rate of the first stage operation was 78.2%, and the rate of stone was two, the rate was 92.3%, and all patients underwent double J tube and renal fistula drainage.The average hospitalization days was 9.8d,The average operative time was 65 min;and mean intraoperative blood loss was 150 mL.Six months follow-up showed that no infection, bleeding, renal function, stone recurrence,kidney week effusion occurred.Conclusion:Percutaneous nephroscope ultrasonic lithotripsy can be effective in the treatment of staghorn calculi, high gravel and stone clearance rate, shorter operation time, less bleeding is the best treatment for renal staghorn calculi.
