摘要： 目的：探讨肠道病毒71型感染引起的手足口病（HFMD）患儿Th细胞变化及意义。方法：选取我院收治的HFMD患儿162例及65例健康小儿作为临床研究对象。采集两组小儿的外周血、大便，两组患儿Th细胞水平。结果：与对照组比较，HFMD小儿的Th1水平较低（P＜0.05），与轻症组比较，重症组HFMD小儿的Th1水平较低（P＜0.05）；与对照组比较，研究组HFMD小儿的Th2水平较高（P＜0.05），与轻症组比较，重症的HFMD小儿Th2水平较高（P＜0.05）；与对照组比较，研究组HFMD小儿的Th17水平较高（P＜0.05），与轻症组比较，重症的HFMD小儿Th17水平较高（P＜0.05）。结论：EV71感染引起小儿HFMD时。其Th细胞有明显的变化，Th1水平的降低、Th2和Th17水平的升高。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the study on the Th cell changes in children with hand, foot and mouth disease caused by type 71 infection of intestinal virus.Methods:162 HFMD patients from our hospital were selected and peripheral blood,stool,two groups of children with Th cells level were tested.Results:Compared with the control group,the Th1 level were lower, compared with the mild group, the Th1 level of HFMD in the severe group were lower,(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group, the Th2 level of HFMD in the study group were higher,(P＜0.05),Compared with the mild group, the Th2 level of HFMD was higher in patients with severe(P＜0.05),Compared with the control group, the Th17 level of HFMD in the study group was higher,P＜0.05.Conclusion: EV71 infection in children caused by HFMD. The Th cells had a significant change, the level of H T 1, H T 2 and H T 17 levels were elevated.
