摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：探析四肢骨折运用经皮微创内固定术治疗的临床疗效。方法：将70例四肢骨折患者分为两组，其中给予对照组钢板螺钉内固定术，而观察组则运用经皮微创内固定术，比较两组疗效。结果：观察组的优良率高于对照组，且骨折愈合时间短，比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：临床上运用经皮微创内固定术治疗四肢骨折能够获得较好的疗效。

Abstract: Objective: To analysis using percutaneous minimally invasive internal fixation treatment of limbs fracture clinical curative effect.Methods:70 patients with limbs fracture were divided into two groups, which gives the control plate screw fixation, while the observation group with percutaneous minimally invasive internal fixation, compared two groups of curative effect.Results:Observation group was higher than the control group, and fracture healing time is short, more was statistically significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion:The clinical use of extremities fractures treated by percutaneous minimally invasive internal fixation can gain better curative effect.
