摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：研究改良腰椎后路椎间融合术（MPLIF）与传统PLIF治疗老年腰椎管狭窄症（LSS）的临床疗效。方法：选取我院从2009年5月至2013年3月收治的87例老年腰椎管狭窄症病人，随机分成观察组和对照组。观察组48例应用MPLIF治疗，对照组39例应用传统PLIF治疗，并对临床治疗效果进行对比。结果：观察组手术时间及术中出血量显著少于对照组，VAS疼痛评分显著低于对照组，治疗效果优良率显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论：MPLIF治疗老年LSS，可缩短手术时间，减少术中出血量，且能够改善各临床指征情况，提高治疗效果优良率。

Abstract: Objective: To study clinical efficacy of posterior lumbar interbody fusion (MPLIF) and traditional PLIF in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis in elderly. Methods: From May 2009 to March 2013, 87 cases of lumbar spinal stenosis in elderly patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.48 cases in observation group, 39 cases in control group.The control group received traditional PLIF treatment, observation group was treated with MPLIF, Clinical comparison of the group of patients and treatment. Results: The operative time and blood loss was significantly less than the control group, VAS pain score was significantly lower, good treatment effect was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05 ) . Conclusion: The modified posterior lumbar interbody fusion in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis in elderly, can shorten the operation time, less blood loss, and various clinical indications to improve the situation and improve the therapeutic effect of the fine rate.
