胃癌组织中Ki-67、P53、EGFR的表达及其与TNM分期的相关性研究

摘要: 【摘要】目的:探究分析胃癌组织中Ki-67、P53、EGFR的表达及其与TNM分期的相关性。方法:随机选取我院2014年1月~2016年1月收治的120例胃癌患者及其手术切除的病理标本,收集患者的临床治疗资料,同时电话随访相关病例。运用免疫组化MaxVisionTM2/HRP染色法对胃癌组织中Ki-67、P53、EGFR抗原相关基因蛋白产物进行检测,对其表达水平与临床TNM分期的相关性及其临床意义进行分析,最后统计分析所有结果。结果:胃癌中P53、Ki-67、EGFR蛋白阳性表达率分别为26.67%(32/120)、40.00%(48/120)、12.50%(15/120);高分化腺癌、有局部淋巴结转移、TNMⅡ期+Ⅲ期+Ⅳ期患者的P53、Ki-67联合检测阳性表达率均显著高于中低分化腺癌、粘液腺癌及印戒细胞癌、无局部淋巴结转移、TNMⅠ期患者(P<0.05)。结论:胃癌患者血清P53、Ki-67、EGFR水平表达与TNM分期具有密切关系,三者联合检测在患者预后判断及评估中具有显著的指导价值,为临床上分子靶向治疗的研究提供了借鉴依据。

Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To explore the analysis of Ki-67 in gastric cancer tissue, the expression of P53 and EGFR and its correlation with TNM staging.Methods:Randomly selected from our hospital between January 2014 and January 2016 treated 120 cases of gastric cancer patients and their surgical removal of pathological specimens, collect the patient's clinical treatment, telephone follow-up related cases at the same time. Using immunohistochemical MaxVisionTM2 / HRP staining of Ki-67, P53 and EGFR in gastric cancer tissue protein antigen related gene product testing, for the correlation of the expression level and clinical TNM staging and its clinical significance were analyzed, and the statistical analysis of all results.Results:P53 in gastric cancer,Ki-67, EGFR protein positive expression rate was 26.67%(32/120),40.00%(48/120),12.50%(15/120); Well-differentiated adenocarcinomas, local lymph node metastasis, TNMⅡ+Ⅲ+Ⅳ period P53, Ki-67,EGFR joint detection in patients with positive expression rate were significantly higher than that of low differentiated adenocarcinoma and mucous adenocarcinoma and signet ring cell carcinoma, no local lymph node metastasis and TNM stage Ⅰ patients (P<0.05). Conclusion:The gastric cancer patients serum level of P53, Ki-67,EGFR expression is a close relationship with TNM staging,diagnosis and prognosis of patients with combined detection in evaluation has significant guiding value, provides the reference to the research of molecular targeted therapy clinical basis.
