摘要： 【摘要】目的：分析结直肠癌患者血清淀粉样蛋白A（SAA）、C反应蛋白（CRP）、癌胚抗原（CEA）、糖蛋白抗原（CA19-9）的相关性以及对结直肠肿瘤术前分期的价值。方法：以65例结直肠癌患者为研究对象，术前3d抽取患者静脉血，测定SAA、CRP、CEA、CA19-9水平，并与术后病理分期进行比较。结果：SAA与CRP、SEA现相关性有统计学意义，CRP与CEA相关性无统计学意义，CEA与CA19-9呈正相关；SAA、CA19-9诊断Ⅱ～Ⅳ期结直肠癌患者的曲线下面积有统计学意义，CRP无统计学意义；SAA诊断的准确度、敏感度、特异度分别为67.7%、69.15%、58.6%；CA19-9的准确度、敏感度、特异度分别为67.7%、71.3%、51.7%。SAA联合CA19-9诊断结直肠癌准确度、敏感度和特异度分别为76.4%、87.8%、36.7%。结论：SAA、CRP与CA19-9具有一定相关性，SAA与CA19-9在诊断Ⅱ～Ⅳ期结直肠癌中具有较大的临床价值。

Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To analyze node rectal cancer patient blood serum amyloid A (SAA) and the relationship between C-reactive protein (CRP),carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA),carbohydrate antigen (CA 19-9) and of colorectal cancer surgery before staging value.Methods:Venous blood was extracted from 65 patients with colorectal cancer before operation and 3 D patients.The levels of SAA,CRP,CA19-9 and CEA were measured and compared with postoperative pathological stage. Results:The SAA and CRP,sea now correlations are statistically significant, the correlation between CRP and CEA without statistical significance, CEA and CA19-9 were positively correlated; SAA and CA19-9 in the diagnosis of stage Ⅱ~Ⅳ nodes under the curve of patients with rectal cancer area of statistical significance and CRP did not statistically significant; SAA diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity and specificity were 67.7% and 69.15%, 58.6%; CA19-9 accuracy, sensitivity, specificity respectively 67.7%, 71.3%, 51.7%. The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of SAA combined with CA19-9 in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer were 76.4%, 87.8% and 36.7%, respectively.Conclusion: SAA, CRP and CA19-9 have a certain correlation. SAA and CA19-9 have great clinical value in the diagnosis of II~IV colorectal cancer.
