摘要： 【摘要】目的：探究PSG多导睡眠监测对卒中后睡眠障碍的药物干预的指导。方法：选取本院收治的脑卒中患者52例，使用PSG多导进行睡眠监测，并对其中患有睡眠障碍的患者进行病情分类，对中重度睡眠患者给予药物干预。结果：经过PSG多导睡眠监测结果分析得出，有19例患者存在卒中后睡眠障碍。19例患者有16例患者为中重度睡眠障碍。治疗后，这16例患者的睡眠质量得到明显改善，结果（P＜0.05）为差异有统计学意义。结论：PSG多导睡眠监测能有效了解脑卒中患者的睡眠情况，及时了解患者的睡眠障碍情况，给予适当的用药治疗。

Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To explore the guidance of PSG guided sleep monitoring on the drug intervention of sleep disorder after stroke.Methods:52 cases of stroke patients in our hospital were selected, and PSG was used to monitor the sleep, and the patients with sleep disorders were classified, and the drug intervention was given to the patients with moderate to severe sleep. Results:Through the analysis of the results of PSG - guided sleep monitoring, there were 19 patients with sleep disorder after stroke.There were 16 patients with moderate to severe sleep disorder in 19 patients. After treatment, the sleep quality of the 16 patients was significantly improved,and the results (P＜0.05) were statistically significant.Conclusion:PSG multi guide sleep monitoring can effectively understand the sleep of patients with stroke, timely understanding of the patient's sleep disorders, given the appropriate medication treatment.
