健康体检联合末梢血糖检测在糖尿病中筛查的作用研究

摘要: 【摘要】目的:分析健康体检联合末梢血糖监测在筛查糖尿病中的作用。方法:选择150例糖尿病患者和50例健康体检对照人员为研究对象,糖尿病组和健康对照组接受健康体检测量糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)和末梢血糖检测空腹血糖(FPG)和餐后2h血糖(2hPG)。对比糖尿病患者和健康对照组的HbAlc、FPG、2hPG水平,分析健康体检联合末梢血糖检测在筛查糖尿病中的价值。结果:糖尿病足患者的FPG、2hPG、HbAlc水平高于健康对照组,两组患者的FPG、2hPG、HbAlc水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。根据FPG、2hPG、HbAlc指标筛查糖尿病的灵敏度为99.3%、特异度为94.2%,准确率为98.5%。结论:健康体检联合末梢血糖检测测定FPG、2hPG、HbAlc可提高糖尿病筛查率,筛查结果准确可靠。

Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To analyze the effect of health examination combined with peripheral blood glucose monitoring in screening of diabetes mellitus.Methods:150 cases of diabetic patients and 50 cases of healthy control personnel as the research object,diabetic group and healthy control group received health examination for the measurement of glycated hemoglobin (HbAlc) and peripheral blood glucose, fasting blood glucose (FPG) and meal after 2h blood glucose (2hPG). Compare the levels of HbAlc, FPG and 2hPG in diabetic patients and healthy controls, and analyze the value of health examination combined with peripheral blood glucose testing in screening for diabetes. Results:The levels of FPG, 2hPG and HbAlc in diabetic foot patients were higher than those in healthy control group. The differences of FPG,2hPG and HbAlc levels between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). According to the sensitivity of FPG,2hPG, HbAlc index for screening of diabetes was 99.3%, the specificity was 94.2%, the accuracy rate was 98.5%. Conclusion:The detection of FPG, 2hPG and HbAlc can improve the rate of diabetes screening, and the results are accurate and reliable.
