Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To explore the c l inical effect of phacoemuls i f i cation combined with intraocula r lens implantation in the treatment of senile cataract.Methods:120 cases of senile cataract patients were selected from March 2012 to February.Digital method was randomly divided into observation group (62 cases) and control group (58 cases). The control group was treated with clinical medicine conservative treatment.In the observation group,the patients were implanted with a folded intraocular lens after phacoemulsification.To observe the curative effect of two groups after treatment.Results:After treatment,the visual acuity of the observation group was better,and the recovery effect was significantly higher than that of the control group.And the effect is better than the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Effect of observation group was excellent in accounted for than 62.90%(39/62). The excellent and good rate was 98.39%(61/62), significantly higher than that in the control group 43.10% (25/58), 87.93% (51/58).The difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).To reveal the significance of the implantation of intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of senile cataract after phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. Conclusion:In the elderly patients with cataract,the intraocular lens was implanted into the posterior scleral tunnel incision,and the disease was fast and effective.
