Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To To investigate the effect of serum levels of CYFRA21-1 and SCCAg in cervical cancer patients on tumor prognosis of patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy. Methods: 50 cases of cervical cancer patients by radioimmunoassay 50 levels of CYFRA21-1 and serum SCCAg detection method,using Pearson and Spearman correlation analysis the relationship between serum CYFRA21-1 and SCCAg levels and clinical characteristics of patients with cervical cancer,using COX regression model to analyze the CYFRA21-1 and SCCAg levels in patients with cervical cancer or died of recurrence and metastasis of the the relationship between. Results: 50 cases of patients with cervical cancer,11 cases of endpoint events,LNR4 patients have a higher risk of events about 44.5%,CYFRA21-1 and SCCAg levels and CA-125 in patients with cervical cancer,tumor N staging,depth of tumor invasion was positively correlated,no obvious correlation with age,degree of tumor differentiation (P=0.013),the serum level of CYFRA21-1 (P=0.02),the serum level of SCCAg (P=0.03),depth of tumor invasion (P=0.04) is an independent risk factor outcome in patients with cervical cancer. Conclusion: The levels of CYFRA21-1 and SCCAg are closely related to the prognosis of patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy.
