摘要/Abstract

摘要： 【摘要】目的：探讨腹膜透析在小儿法洛四联症根治术后的早期应用。方法：对2014年1月～2015年12月在我院行法洛四联症根治术、术后应用腹膜透析处理低心排综合征10例患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析，对比患儿腹膜透析前后乳酸、尿量、中心静脉压及肝肾功能的变化。结果：10例患儿全部存活，无腹膜透析相关并发症发生，透析后每小时尿量明显改善，低心排症状逐渐好转，透析后第3天血浆乳酸浓度明显下降。结论：腹膜透析安全有效，早期应用可改善术后低心排综合征法洛四联症患儿的循环状态，可有效降低血清乳酸浓度，提高患儿存活率。

Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To investigate the early application of peritoneal dialysis in radical surgery of tetralogy of Fallot in children after. Methods: From January 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital underwent radical surgery, surgery of tetralogy of Fallot after application of peritoneal dialysis treatment discharge syndrome in 10 cases clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and reviewed the low heart, change of lactic acid, urine volume, central venous pressure and renal function were compared before and after peritoneal dialysis. Results: All the 10 patients survived, and no peritoneal dialysis related complications occurred. After dialysis, the urine volume was significantly improved, the low cardiac output symptoms gradually improved, plasma lactic acid concentration was significantly decreased third days after dialysis. Conclusion: Early application of peritoneal dialysis is safe and effective, can low cardiac cycle syndrome in children with tetralogy of Fallot improved after operation, can effectively reduce the serum lactic acid concentration,improve the survival rate of children.
