Abstract: Objective: To study and analyze the common bile duct exploration,the curative effect of internal drainage and issue of suture.Methods:Choose 460 cases from 2006 to 2006 treated in our hospital patients with common bile duct calculi,patients were randomly divided into two groups:observation group(224 cases),the implementation of common bile duct exploration,internal drainage and issue of suture,controlled way(236 cases) to implement the traditional bile duct exploration and T tube drainage,regular follow-up for all patients after surgery.Records,and compare the curative effect of all of the patients,postoperative recovery and complications.Results:Two groups of operation time,intraoperative blood loss,surgical success rate and complications were similar,no statistically significant difference(P＞0.05); Observation group hospitalization time,surgery,postoperative training time is less than the control group,difference has statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Common bile duct exploration,drainage and issue of suture technique can achieve the curative effect of traditional treatment,and improve the ability of patients with postoperative recovery,patients to reduce the economic pressure,and is worth promoting.
