Value of Combined Detection of BNP, Isotope Myocardial Imaging,Fundus Photography and Microalbuminuria in Early Diagnosis of Patients with Diabetic Cardiomyopathy

摘要: 目的:探讨联合检测BNP、心肌核素、眼底照相及尿UAER对糖尿病心肌病患者的早期诊断意义。方法:选择本院2007年8月~2014年12月治疗的糖尿病患者80例,根据有无合并心肌病分为:糖尿病心肌病组40例,单纯糖尿病组40例,比较两组的一般特征,BNP及尿UAER水平,并对两组中眼底照相提示糖尿病眼底病变,心肌核素提示心肌缺血的患者比例进行分析比较。结果:两组在性别、年龄比例方面,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是病程差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。糖尿病心肌病组患者的BNP及尿UAER水平明显高于单纯糖尿病组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。糖尿病心肌病组心肌核素提示心肌缺血,眼底照相提示糖尿病眼底病变的患者比例明显多于单纯糖尿病组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床上常规筛查糖尿病患者的BNP、尿UAER及眼底照相、心肌核素,有利于糖尿病心肌病的早期诊断。

Abstract: Objective: This paper discusses the value of combined detection of BNP, isotope myocardial imaging,fundus photography and Microalbuminuria in early diagnosis of the patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM). Methods: Eighty patients treated in our hospital from August 2007 to December 2014 were chosen, 40 patients of which with the complication of diabetic cardiomyopathy were selected as research group while the other patients without diabetic cardiomyopathy became control group. General characteristics, the levels of BNP and microalbuminuria,the proportion of the patients who have isotope myocardial imaging and fundus photography abnormal were compared between the two groups. Results:Statistically significant differences(P<0.05) existed in items as course,levels of BNP and microalbuminuria, the proportion of the patients who have isotope myocardial imaging and fundus photography abnormal, while no significant differences(P>0.05) were showed in gender and age. Conclusion:The examination of levels of BNP and microalbuminuria, isotope myocardial imaging and fundus photography are benefit for the early diagnosis of the patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy.
