摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：分析与探讨中药联合切开复位内固定对三踝骨折进行治疗的近期疗效与治疗后的并发症发生情况。方法：回顾性分析124例2012年12月～2014年12月在我院接受治疗三踝骨折患者的临床治疗。结果：研究组与对照组患者骨折平均愈合时间分别为（4.28±1.25）d、（13.21±2.65）d，研究组骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组，研究组与对照组患者术后疼痛率分别为4.8%、38.7%，研究组与对照组患者踝-足后愈合优良率分别是83.9%、67.7%，研究组明显高于对照组，P＜0.05，具有统计学意义，两组患者的术后并发症发生率分别为6.5%（研究组）、29.0%（对照组），P＜0.05。结论：中药与切开复位内固定联合用于三踝骨折治疗，有助于消肿止痛，改善骨折后病患关节僵硬情况，具有较为有效的近期疗效。

Abstract: Objective: To Analysis and Discussion on the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with incision and treatment of complications after ankle fracture fixation for treatment within three to reset the recent situation.Methods: Retrospective analysis of clinical data in December 2012 ~ December 2014 in our hospital treated three patients with 124 cases of ankle fractures. Results: Study group and the control group of patients mean healing time respectively (4.28±1.25) d, (13.21±2.65) d, the study group fracture healing time was significantly shorter than the control group,study group and the control group in patients with postoperative pain rate was respectively 4.8%, 38.7%, the study group and the control group of patients with ankle - hindfoot excellent healing rates were 83.9%, 67.7%, the study group was significantly higher, P＜0.05 , statistically significant incidence of postoperative complications was 6.5 percent two groups of patients, respectively (the study group), 29.0% (control group), P＜0.05.Conclusion:Open reduction and internal fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine for three ankle fractures,it helps to relieve pain, improve fracture patients after joint stiffness situation, with more effective short-term effect.
