摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：探讨食道癌患者放射治疗（放疗）前、后外周血T细胞亚群变化规律。方法：统计分析2012年3月～2014年3月我院收治的40例食管癌患者的临床资料。结果：治疗后24h研究组患者的CD3+、CD3+ CD4+、CD3+ CD8+均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05），治疗后3d、7d研究组患者的CD3+、CD3+ CD4+、CD3+ CD8+、CD4+/CD8+均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组患者的MAP、VC治疗后24h、3d、7d均显著低于治疗前30min（P＜0.05），治疗后14d显著高于治疗前30min（P＜0.05）；HR治疗后24h、3d、7d、14d均显著高于治疗前30min（P＜0.05）；SpO2治疗后3d、7d、14d均显著低于治疗前30 min、治疗后24h（P＜0.05）。结论：食道癌患者放疗能够有效改善患者的细胞免疫功能。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the variation of peripheral blood T cell subsets before and after radiotherapy of esophageal cancer patients.Methods:The clinical data of 40 cases of esophageal cancer patients in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 were statistically analyzed.Results:After 24h treatment,CD3+,CD3+ CD4+,CD3+ CD8+ of study group were significantly lower than control group(P＜0.05),after 3d,7d treatment,CD3+,CD3+ CD4+,CD3+ CD8+,CD4+ / CD8+ were significantly lower than control group(P＜0.05); MAP,VC after 24h,3d,7d treatment of study group were significantly lower than before 30min treatment(P＜0.05),after 14d treatment was significantly higher than before treatment 30min(P＜0.05); HR after 24h,3d,7d,14d treatment were significantly higher than before 30min treatment(P＜0.05); SpO2 after 3d,7d,14d treatment were significantly lower than before 30 min treatment,after 24h treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Radiotherapy can improve immune cell function of patients with esophageal cancer.
