Abstract: Objective: To analysis the comparison test of renal ultrasound and renal biochemical tests index in gestational hypertension,and provide reference for clinical Laboratory.Methods:122 pregnant woman with Gestational hypertension in hospital were selected,women were divided into AKI group and control group according to presence or absence of acute kidney injury(AKI),Vascular blood flow changes was monitored through the power of the Doppler semiquantitative method,Kidney biochemical indexes were detected,test result of patients were compared.Results:AKI patients 42 people,the incidence rate was 35.0 percent,several groups of age,gender,heart rate,mean arterial blood pressure and other clinical data were not statistically significant,P＜0.05.AKI patients were not appear PDU score 0 points,kidney power Doppler ultrasound score differences, P＜0.05 installments at different AKI. AKI RI gestational hypertension patients were higher,the more severe the disease,the higher the value,PDU1point, and 2 point with RI, significantly higher,P＜0.05,PDU 1 point,and 2 point patients BUN,Cr,urine and water UA average was significantly higher than control group,P＜0.05.Conclusion:Renal ultrasound test results and biochemical indexes concept gestational hypertension correlated positively correlated with the degree of disease presentation.
