Abstract: [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effects of physical therapy combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in treating evaporative dry eye. Methods Selected 100 cases(200 eyes) of evaporative dry eye which being treated in our ophthalmology clinic service from Aug. 2014 to Jan. 2015 as subjects for the clinical research. They were randomly divided into study group and control group. Patients in control group were treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops ，The others in study group were treated with physical therapy combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops. The two groups all were treated for 60 days, Then analyzed the clinical effects of two groups. Results The total effective rate of study group is 92%. The total effective rate of control group is 68%. Pass the statistics analysis, there has significantly difference between the two was significantly (P<0.05), and the BUT of study group was also significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of physical therapy combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in treating evaporative dry eye is more reliable，safer and more convenient, which has great clinical application value.
