自动心肺复苏系统在心脏骤停急诊抢救中的应用效果

摘要: 【摘要】目的:分析和探讨自动心肺复苏系统在心脏骤停急诊抢救中的应用效果。方法:以2012年12月至2014年12月间在我院急诊科进行急诊抢救的心脏骤停的患者60例为研究对象,随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例),对照组行人工心肺复苏术,观察组行自动心肺复苏术。观察并比较两组的应用效果。结果:与对照组相比,观察组的收缩压>60mmHg、瞳孔较前缩小、大动脉搏动可触及、心率恢复或自主呼吸、皮肤色泽转红率更高(P<0.05),有统计学意义。抢救前两组血生化指标、血浆渗透压、尿素氮比较(P>0.05),有统计学意义。抢救后2h观察组血生化指标、血浆渗透压、尿素氮明显低于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义。观察组抢救成功6例,成功率20.0%,对照组抢救成功2例,成功率6.7%,两组成功率比较(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:在心脏骤停急诊抢救中应用自动心肺复苏系统可有效改善脑和心肌的血液供应,提高灌注血流量,具有较高的心肺复苏术的成功率,值得进一步推广和应用。

Abstract: 【Abstract 】 objective: automatic cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) system was analyzed and discussed the application result in sudden cardiac arrest emergency rescue.Methods: between December 2012 and December 2014 in our hospital emergency department for emergency rescue cardiac arrest patients with 60 cases as the research object, were randomly divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) and control group line CPR, artificial observation group line automatic cardiopulmonary resuscitation.To observe and compare the application effect of two groups.Results: compared with control group, the observation group of 60 MMHG systolic blood pressure >, the pupil shrinks and artery pulse can hit earlier, heart rate recovery or spontaneous breathing, skin color to red rate was higher (P < 0.05), with statistical significance.Rescue the former two groups of blood biochemical indicators, plasma osmotic pressure, urea nitrogen (P > 0.05), with statistical significance.2 h after rescue group blood biochemical index, plasma osmotic pressure and urea nitrogen significantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05), with statistical significance.Observation group 6 cases, successful rescue success rate of 20.0%, the control group, 2 cases of successful rescue success rate 6.7%, two power comparison (P < 0.05), with statistical significance.Conclusion: used in cardiac arrest emergency call automatic cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) system can effectively improve the cerebral and myocardial blood supply, increase the blood flow, have higher success rates of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, or CPR, is worth further promotion and application.
