Abstract: 【 Abstract 】 objective to study the glucose metabolism of HCC and the correlation of serum AFP.Methods randomly selected from March 2011 to March 2015 in our hospital 50 through inspection diagnosis of HCC patients as the research object, selection in our line of 18 f - FDG PET imaging normal blood glucose without any history of liver related 50 healthy check-up patients as control group.Determination of tumor lesions glucose standard value (SUV), the tumors and the tumor area SUV ratio, analysis the relationship between serum AFP.The results of two groups of T/a maximum of NT and SUV has obvious difference, P < 0.05, the difference is statistically significant.50 patients with HCC in 47 patients with poorly differentiated HCC performance for radioactive anomaly concentration.There are three not seen positive shows high differentiation of HCC patients.Conclusions HCC patients with glucose standard taken value (SUV) and suvs ratio and has a great deal of correlation between serum AFP, tumor cell proliferation and metabolism and serum AFP have great relevance.
