Abstract: Abstract: objective: Discuss with shock therapy for children with nephrotic syndrome serum protein and triglyceride levels.Methods: in our hospital from 2011 to 2012 in the first half of the second half of the 50 cases of pediatric patients with nephrotic syndrome were studied, and its randomly divided into observation group and experimental group, and there are 25 patients in each group;Observation group of patients using prednisolone treatment, treatment group were treated by prednisolone and captopril combined treatment.Results: the experimental group of 16 patients with complete response, the total effective rate was 92.0%, the observation group of 10 patients with complete response, the total effective rate was 64.0%, the observation group is obviously better than the experimental group, and patients with serum albumin and triglyceride content in the experimental group is significantly lower than the observation group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.5).Conclusion: prednisone and captopril combined shock treatment has very good effect to the children with nephrotic syndrome, patients with serum albumin and triglyceride levels were significantly lower in the body, is worth popularizing in clinical use.
