摘要/Abstract

摘要： 【摘要】目的：探讨两次放射治疗（放疗）计划融合在降低食管癌放疗患者肺脏损伤中的作用。方法：运用随机抽样的方法选取我院2013年1月～2014年9月收治的60例食管癌患者，依据治疗方法将这些患者分为研究组（n=30）和对照组（n=30）。给予研究组患者两次放疗计划融合治疗，给予对照组患者单次放疗计划治疗。结果：研究组患者的0级放射性肺炎发生率8 6.7 %（26/30）显著高于对照组56.7%（17/30），P＜0.05，Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级放射性肺炎13.3%（4/30）、3.3%（1/30）、0均显著低于对照组33.3%（10/30）、10.0%（3/30）、3.3%（1/30），P＜0.05。结论：两次放疗计划融合能够有效降低食管癌放疗患者肺脏损伤。

Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To investigate the role of First-second courses integrated radiation treatment planning in reducing lung injury of patients with radiotherapy. Methods:60 cases of esophageal cancer patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2013 to September 2014 were selected by random sampling method,these patients were divided into study group (n=30) and control group (n=30) according to the treatment methods. The study group were given First-second courses integrated radiation treatment planning,while the control group were given Single radiation treatment planning. Results:The incidence of grade 0 radiation pneumonitis of the study group 86.7% (26/30) was significantly higher than the control group 56.7% (17/30) (P＜0.05),grade Ⅰ,grade Ⅱ,grade Ⅲ radiation pneumonitis 13.3% (4 /30),3.3%(1/30),0 were significantly lower than the control group 33.3% (10/30),10.0% (3/30),3.3% (1/30) (P＜0.05). Conclusion:First-second courses integrated radiation treatment planning can effectively reduce the lung injury of patients with radiotherapy.
