Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To explore the elderly patients with refractory heart failure BNP,hs-CRP levels and cardiac function and its clinical significance.Methods:61 cases of elderly patients with refractory heart failure Cardiology Hospital admitted nearly two years for the clinical study,as the CHF group,20 healthy volunteers alternative as a control group.According to different groups of patients with heart failure NYHA class,from low to high is divided into A,B,C three groups.Patients were BNP and hs-CRP measurement,and measurement of cardiac function in patients with LVDD and LVEF.Track record compared to the situation in patients with BNP hs-CRP,LVEF difference,LVDD levels in patients with cardiovascular events.Results:Compared with the control group,LVDD,BNP and hs-CRP indicators of heart failure patients was significantly higher and significantly lower LVEF indicators;A,B,C three groups of patients with LVDD,BNP and hs-CRP index gradually rise high,LVEF levels gradually decreased;compared with patients without cardiovascular events,cardiovascular events in patients with BNP,hs-CRP,significantly higher LVDD level,LVEF indicators are significantly lower.The differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion: BNP and hs-CRP index and cardiac function in elderly patients with refractory has a close relationship,BNP,hs-CRP and patients LVEF,LVDD level of clinical diagnosis of refractory heart failure in the elderly an important marker has important clinical diagnostic value.
