微波消融对延长肺癌患者生存期、降低不良反应的作用研究

摘要: 【摘要】目的:针对微波消融对延长肺癌患者生存期、降低不良反应的作用进行研究。方法:随机选择2013年7月~2014年12月期间,我院收治的晚期肺癌患者64例,作为本次研究的对象,将其平均分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者实施化学治疗(化疗),观察组患者实施微波消融治疗。针对两组患者的临床治疗效果、生存期、不良反应等指标进行观察比较。结果:在本次研究中,观察组患者的临床缓解率为84.38%,对照组患者的为62.50%,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。观察组患者的6个月生存率为96.88%,对照组的生存率为78.13%,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。观察组患者的1年生存率为87.50%,对照组的生存率为62.50%,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。观察组患者的不良反应发生率为9.38%,对照组的不良反应发生率为37.50%,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:在本次研究中,对肺癌患者实施微波消融治疗,可以显著提高患者的临床治疗效果,延长患者的生存期,降低患者治疗中不良反应的发生率,整体治疗效果显著,安全性和有效性较高。

Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To research microwave ablation to prolong survival of patients with lung cancer, to reduce the adverse reaction of action.Methods: Randomly selected during July 2013 to December 2014, our hospital 64 cases of advanced lung cancer patients, as the research object, its averaged were divided into control group and observation group.control group patients with chemotherapy, observation group implemented microwave ablation treatment.In view of the two groups of patients with clinical treatment, survival period, adverse reactions indicators were observed and compared.Results: In this study, the observation group of patients with clinical response rate was 84.38%, control group patients was 62.50%, P<0.05,there was statistical significance. Observation group of patients survival rate was 96.88% at 6 months, the control group the survival rate was 78.13%, P<0.05, there was statistical significance.Observation group of patients with 1 year survival rate was 87.50%, the control group the survival rate of 62.50%, P<0.05, there was statistical significance.Observation group of patients the incidence of adverse reactions was 9.38%, the control group the incidence of adverse reactions was 37.50%, P<0.05, there was statistical significance.Conclusion: In this study, the implementation of microwave ablation in patients with lung cancer, can significantly improve the patient's clinical treatment effect and prolong survival in patients with stage, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with treatment, the overall treatment effect is remarkable, high safety and effectiveness.
