摘要/Abstract

摘要： 【摘要】目的：探讨针刺四神聪、百会对失眠患者血清氨基酸类神经递质的影响及临床意义。方法：选取我院收治的失眠患者80例，随机分为对照组及实验组，对照组以常规西药治疗，实验组予针刺四神聪、百会治疗。比较各组患者治疗前后谷氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、及睡眠时间、质量、PSQI功能评分水平变化情况。结果：与治疗前比较，两组患者PSQI功能评分均降低（P＜0.05），入睡时间减短（P＜0.05），谷氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸均提高（P＜0.05），睡眠时间较长（P＜0.05）；与对照组相比较，实验组患者治疗后PSQI功能评分较低（P＜0.05），入睡时间较短（P＜0.05），谷氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸均提高（P＜0.05），睡眠时间较长（P＜0.05）。结论：针刺四神聪、百会可促进经络气血循环，诱导氨基酸类神经递质合成与释放，延长睡眠时间、提高睡眠质量，临床疗效优于传统方案。

Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To investigate the effect of the serum amino acid neurotransmitter by acupuncture Baihui,Sishencong in insomniac. Methods:80 patients with insomniac in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group.The control group were treated by conventional western medicine treatment and the experiment group were treated by acupuncture Baihui,Sishencong.The Glutamate,gamma amino acid and sleep time,quality,PSQI function score levels were compared before and after treatment.Results:Compared with before treatment,the PSQI was lower(P＜0.05),the time to fall asleep were shorter(P＜0.05),the GLU,GABA level were higher(P＜0.05),the hours of sleep were longer(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the PSQI was lower(P＜0.05),the time to fall asleep were shorter(P＜0.05),the GLU,GABA level were higher(PP＜0.05),the hours of sleep were longer(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture Sishencong,Baihui can promote the meridian qi and blood circulation,induced amino acids neurotransmitter synthesis and release,prolong the sleep time,improve sleep quality,clinical curative effect is superior to the traditional scheme,as clinically effective treatment options,and has important significance.
