25~54岁办公室人群2010~2012年血脂水平分析

摘要: 【摘要】目的:分析办公室人群血脂水平变化情况,为血脂管理提供依据。方法:2366名25~54岁办公室人员根据年龄每10岁1段共分为6组(A、B、C、D、E、F组),分析2010~2012年血脂水平变化趋势、比较2012年男女间血脂水平、血脂与年龄调整均值(YZ)差异,分析血脂随年龄变化趋势。结果:⑴6组TG、TC、LDL-C、non-HDL-C在2010~2012年呈上升趋势,HDL-C呈逐年下降趋势,各组时间效应趋势均为线性结果(P<0.05)。⑵2012年,A、B组TG、TC、LDL-C、non-HDL-C分别高于D、E组,HDL-C分别低于D、E组;C组TG高于F组,TC、HDL-C低于F组(P均<0.05)。⑶2012年,B、C、F组TC高于YZ,A、B、C、E、F组LDL-C高于YZ,A、B、C、D、E组HDL-C低于YZ,A、B、C、F组non-HDL-C高于YZ(P均<0.05)。⑷男女性TC、TG、LDL-C、non-HDL-C值各年度均与年龄呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:2010~2012年办公室人群的血脂逐年增高,与年龄相关;男性、围绝经期女性心血管事件危险因素增加。

Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】Objective: To analyze the changes of blood lipid levels in the office population, and to provide evidence for the management of blood lipids.Method:2366 people 25~54 year old office worker according to age every 10 years period is divided into six groups (A, B, C, D, E, F Group), from 2010~2012 the changes of blood lipid level trend, comparative 2012 between men and women,blood lipid level, blood lipid and age adjusted mean(YZ) difference analysis, analysis of lipids with the age trend.Results: (1)In 6 groups of TG, TC, LDL-C, non-HDL-C in 2010~2012 years showed a rising trend, HDL-C was decreased year by year, each time trend effect was linear results (P<0.05).(2)In 2012, A, B group, TG, TC, LDL-C, non-HDL-C were higher than in group D and E, HDL-C were significantly lower than those in group D and E; TG in group C than that in group F, TC, HDL-C below group F (P<0.05).(3) In 2012, B,C, F group TC was higher than that of YZ; A, B, C, E, F group LDL-C than YZ; A, B, C, D, E group HDL-C than YZ; A, B, C, F group non-HDL-C than YZ (P<0.05).(4)The men and women of TC, TG, LDL-C, non-HDL-C value in each year was positively correlated with age (P<0.05).Conclusion: The blood lipids in the office population increased year by year from 2010~2012, and the risk factors of cardiovascular events were increased in men and women in peri menopausal period.
